MAR Groups’ internet-based system, provides the importer and exporter a comprehensive real-time insight into the shipment file being processed. The data available is not limited to tracking steps only, but copies of pertinent documents such as the customs bill of entry and many other related documents which are stored and may be downloaded electronically by the client. Imports, indents, clearing and export files are all accommodated, the data is easily downloaded into Excel for the Importer-Exporter records and further management control.

Browser-based and linked to our single operational system, MAR Track allows user interaction and information view via the web solution. It also enables receipt and transmission of data via electronic data interchange (EDI), and the ability to collate this information into reports. Our systems are integrated with South African customs and excise and we continuously look at best business practice solutions integrating on many levels of our business with our customers. We believe we are an extension to our customers business and can only add value if there is a need to integrate.
